How I Can Help

As a Kinesiologist, Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer I work very closely with my clients to develop practical and sustainable wellness plans. Whether you aim to lose weight, improve body composition, boost energy levels, or simply adopt healthier eating habits, I provide the expertise and support needed to succeed.

My approach combines personalized fitness routines, nutritional guidance, and mindset coaching to create lasting transformation. I believe in meeting you where you are and guiding you through each phase of your journey back to vitality.

I offer 6 week in depth programs where you will see noticeable change in your mind and body.

How my approach is different from other personal fitness coaches?

Holistic health and wellness differs from other treatment approaches in that it is viewed as a lifestyle coupled with a deeper understanding of self. According to the holistic approach, our “self” is the whole composed of our complex, interconnected parts. When one of these parts is dysfunctional, this will manifest as a disease or deficit to the whole.

Together we will gain clarity on where you are and where you want to be.

As someone who has struggled with their weight their whole life, I understand what it’s like to feel stuck. I’ve been everything from a size 6 to 16. The ONLY thing that actually works is to address these 3 pillars of health:

Coaching Packages

1:1 Personal Deep Dive Session

$185 – Single Session

Consider this session if you’re not ready for a full 6-week commitment but want targeted, personalized support.

This is a 60-minute session over Zoom where we will go over any questions you may have related to your personal health and wellness goals.

What’s included:

  1. Full dietary and lifestyle assessment
  2. Personalized suggestions
  3. Summary to help you move forward confidently with your health goals

1:1 Private Coaching

6 Weeks | $699 + GST

Private Coaching – 6-Week Intensive

Choose this option if you’re ready to make meaningful, lasting changes and want personalized support every step of the way.

These 6 weeks together will include:

  1. Initial consultation and kick-off Zoom call

  2. Full dietary and lifestyle assessment

  3. Personalized nutrition and lifestyle suggestions tailored to your goals

  4. Bi-weekly Zoom check-ins to assess, adjust, and encourage progress

  5. Daily access to WhatsApp chat with me for ongoing support

  6. Accountability tracking worksheets to stay on track

  7. Weekly movement and mindset challenges to keep you motivated

  8. Aditional GLP- 1 support guidance for those individuals taking weight loss medications such as ozempic, mounjaro, zepbound, etc.

Not quite ready to commit to 6 full weeks? No problem! You can start with a Deep Dive session instead.

Personal Trainer on-the-go SERVICE

$100 per session

Once you have purchased a package you can have access to booking a 1:1 sessions with Private Whatsapp Messaging with me. This is if you need extra accountability or want to further discuss anything fitness and health related with me.

Each session is 45 min.

SWEAT WITH ME – 6 Week Seasonal Fitness Challenge

6 Weeks | $299 + GST

Choose this option if you’re ready to hop back on the fitness wagon and improve your strength and body composition—perfect for individuals or couples who want to work out from the comfort of home.

These 6 weeks together will include:

  1. A 30-minute kickoff Zoom call where we discuss where you’re at and where you want to be
  2. A full 6-week progressive overload fitness plan designed to improve strength and body composition
  3. Weekly 45-minute 1:1 virtual workout sessions with me (5 total)
  4. Two additional self-guided workouts per week, delivered via email
  5. Fitness hacks to help you get closer to your best body
  6. Nutrition tips and tricks to support your workouts and recovery

Equipment needed: workout mat, two sets of dumbbells (light and heavy), and one fitness resistance band. 

Not ready yet for 6 weeks of commitment? No problem.
Consider booking one 1:1 Personal Deep Dive Session instead.
